We Are Accepting New Patients for Therapy, Psychiatry, and Testing

TMS is Now Available at the St. Augustine – Main Office and are Accepting New Patients

All Services are Available by In-Person and Telehealth

CMPS will continue to provide top-quality care with telehealth for almost all services including therapy, psychiatric medication management, psychological testing, and educational consultation. We have resumed TMS and Spravato treatments which are now available to patients. For most insurances, telehealth is covered the same as if you came into the office (co-pay, deductible). If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness, you will be charged the late cancel/no show fee during this time.

Please note that the accepted insurances may vary depending on the location and type of service. For more information on accepted insurances, you may contact your insurance provider or reach out to us for further information. Our helpful staff will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Are you a provider making an initial behavioral health referral?

Please fax the referral to the appropriate location’s fax number. Thank you!
