Lindsey G. Gullo, LCSW
Lindsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in this field for over ten years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work which she earned while living in New York, where she is originally from. Lindsey has diagnosed and worked with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including an outpatient clinic, substance abuse treatment center, nursing home, hospital, detention centers, residential facilities and jails. Throughout her career she has learned that everyone has a unique history and background as well as experiences that are unlike anyone else’s. These experiences shape us and therapy is an effective way to process and somehow make sense of life when it feels overwhelming to do so on your own. You and Lindsey will work together to identify your goals, barriers and strengths in an effort to improve whatever your personal struggles may be. Through talk therapy sessions, her goal is for you to feel heard and validated through a client centered, strengths-based approach. Lindsey specializes in depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem issues, adjustments issues, anger management, mood dysregulation and stress management. Lindsey is able to offer individual and couples’ counseling sessions while utilizing a cognitive therapeutic approach. Facilitating positive change in others is her passion and she is grateful for the opportunity to work with you.
