Deanne E. Grayson, D.O. received her osteopathic medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed psychiatric residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. Dr. Grayson then completed her four-year tour of duty as the sole active-duty psychiatrist at Weed Army Community Hospital in Fort Irwin, CA. She has also completed a Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Florida. Living in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area since her childhood, she has been a part of the St. Augustine community for over twenty-five years, serving on St. Johns County Boards and in past work and voluntary positions. Dr. Grayson will focus on adult and geriatrics patients using her osteopathic training to provide holistic and traditional medical interventions, as well an alternative therapy, with a focus on mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, substance use, cognitive disorders, and bipolar disorder.
